Ingredients:
1 cup Light Corn Syrup
1 1/2 Peanut Butter
1 cup Sugar [i used 1 3/4 cup powdered sugar cause i didn’t have any sugar]
5 cups Corn Flakes [as you can see from the picture, i didn’t have cornflakes either so i used cheerios!]
*plus i added about 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips]
Directions:
- Bring syrup to a boil in a saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and sugar until smooth.
- Pour over cornflakes [or cheerios] and stir until well coated [i let it cool a little but and then added the chocolate chips].
- Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper.
*Notes:
If you put the chocolate cups in too soon they melt. Some of mine still melted and they had been in the freezer before i put them in.
